The number of wire ropes or chains used to hang the passenger part shall not be less than two. The connection with the seat part must be considered to be able to maintain balance when disconnected.
To close the cabin door more than 1m above the ground, there must be two locking devices or one locking device with safety that cannot be opened internally by the passenger. The barriers at the entrance and exit of the non-enclosed cockpit shall also have locking devices with safety.
When the amusement facilities are in operation, the power supply is suddenly cut off or the equipment fails, endangering the safety of the passengers, it must be equipped with automatic or manual emergency stopping devices.
After the failure of the amusement facilities in operation, there should be measures to guide the passengers.
